COD Order Terms & Conditions
We truly appreciate the trust our customers place in our products. Recently, we have experienced a small number of orders that were not accepted or received upon delivery. Since our products are heavy, the shipping charges are high, and we have to bear those costs.
To maintain a trustworthy service, we require a 20% advance payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This advance confirms your order, helps prevent fraudulent bookings, and enables us to maintain efficient deliveries.
Upon receiving the parcel, please record unboxing video before opening. If the product is damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will ensure to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Shopping Policy
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
- Punjab & KPK: Delivery within 2–3 working days.
- Sindh & Balochistan: Delivery within 3–5 working days, depending on your city and courier availability.
- Express Delivery: Daewoo Express delivery is available upon request. Additional charges will apply.
Our team carefully packs every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Before dispatch, we will send you a video of the product and its packaging to confirm that it is 100% original, undamaged, and securely packed.
